Casei, Bifidus, Acidophilus: With 100 billion active bacteria in every 100g serving of Yogourmet yogurt, you'll be getting all the probiotics you need, and more.
Each box contains three 'rows' of packets, with each row containing two 5 gram packets, which can be detached individually.
Ingredients:
Skim milk powder, ascorbic acid, active bacterial culture (L. casei, B. longum, L. bulgaricus, S. thermophilus, L. acidophilus).
Freeze-dried.
Suggested Usage:
Upon receipt, refrigeration is recommended for the box / unused packets prior to use, to preserve their active bacterial culture.
Use 5 g of starter (a whole individual packet) per litre or quart of milk. Heat milk to 180F (82C) or bring to boiling point. Cool to 73-77F (23-25C). Dissolve 5g of culture in a small amount of the cooled milk in a cup. Pour back into the litre or quart and mix well. Incubate in your Yogourmet II or Multi yogurt maker for 9 to 15 hours, or until the yogurt has reached the desired firmness. Refrigerate to stop the process.
