12mm wide. The name pappardelle is derived from the verb "pappare" - gobble up. These nested ribbons are the perfect partner to beef stroganoff or goulash. Nice with mushroom inspired sauces as well. 

Our Organic pasta is crafted in small batches using slow drying techniques and premium prairie-grown organic Canadian durum wheat combined with fresh, organic free-run eggs that give it a rich golden hue. This pasta delivers exceptional flavor and nutritional value, all while being free from harmful herbicides and pesticides. Choose organic for a healthier, tastier meal!

Cooking Instructions: 

  1. Use a large pot (pasta needs to swim!)
  2. Fill the pot with lots of water
  3. Salt the water (approximately 1/4 Tbsp. salt : 1 C. water)
  4. Bring the water to a rolling boil
  5. Add pasta and start timing after the water returns to a boil
  6. Stir continually
  7. Cook pasta so it suits your preference! We like ours al dente and our cooking times reflect this
