Earnest Ice Cream - Tahitian Vanilla 500ml

This flavour has been a core since day one. Our pure vanilla extract is sourced from premium slow-grown, sun-cured vanilla beans of the “Tahitian” variety. The flavour from the beans is cold-extracted to preserve its complex bouquet. These vanilla beans are brighter and more floral than the rounder, woodsier Madagascar variety. We simply add vanilla extract to our ice cream base.
